Are you a Building Surveyor with over three years of consultancy experience, especially in residential projects? My client is looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Building Surveyor to join our residential-focused team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee refurbishment projects primarily in the residential sector, with typical project values ranging from £250K to £10M.
  • Serve as a key client contact, ensuring client satisfaction and quality service across all project phases.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior surveyors and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Lead Contract Administration, ensuring projects meet all contractual and budgetary obligations.
  • Participate in business development by nurturing client relationships and supporting our residential portfolio’s growth.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

  • At least three years of post-graduate Building Surveying experience, ideally within a consultancy with a residential focus.
  • Strong Contract Administration experience, particularly on high-value residential projects.
  • A commercially aware mindset, with demonstrated skills in managing client expectations and project requirements.
  • Strong communication and report-writing abilities, with confidence in managing projects independently.
